Excited About Dark Shadows Red Bayou

John Atkinson

Dear Reader, I'm excited about my new book Dark Shadows Red Bayou due for publication in June 2009. Fisher King Press put things in overdrive, working long hours behind the scenes to have Shadows ready. A lot goes on after the book leaves the author's hands. Like my book Timekeeper, Dark Shadows Red Bayou felt good when it was completed. From all the work that goes into a novel, there's no better feeling than the day it's handed off to the editor. I believe a book takes on a life just like a person, and like a person, a book has a destiny. Dark Shadows Red Bayou will be remembered. That alone makes me excited. John Atkinson

John Atkinson is the author of TIMEKEEPER, a magnificent book about a young boy who fights to overcome illiteracy. Timeekeeper, ISBN 978-0-9776076-5-5, is available in hardcover or paperback .To order your copy call 1-800-228-9316. International orders call: 00-1-831-238-7799 or visit: www.fisherkingpress.com

Fusun, thank you for your well wishes. Knowing Shadows will be published encourages me to work harder on the follow up book to Timekeeper.
PS I left two comments on two of your blog posts.

Keep writing. For someone who's native tongue isn't English you do an outstanding job! If I could write poetry like you I would be content.
